6- Physical activity like aerobic exercise, muscle strengthening , bone strengthening and balance and
stretching exercise are beneficial to a healthy body.
7- Snacking is important. By eating small meals or snacks throughout the day, you will keep your metabolism
up and running to burn the calories you eat.
